At this hotel the staff are friendly and helpful. However, the security staff are rude and aggressive, we had one security staff member demand that my wife remove her motor scooter before the premises before 10 pm despite she was a paying guest, and we had in fact the right to use the underground parking all night! Yes, the hotel has a policy that non-paying visitors must leave the hotel by 10 pm, but rather than check if the motor scooter user is a paying guest or not the hotel security staff would rather just threaten paying guests. WE WILL NEVER EVER RETURN TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN, AS THE SECURITY STAFF ARE CONSIDERED TO BE MORE IMPORTANT THAT THE PAYING GUESTS.

It is a tiny hotel, the premium room I stayed was clean but really tiny, only a bed. No table to work, no chair to sit, I’ve no choice but worked with my laptop on the bed. Hope the management put a little effort to improve this.
